Plant Manager
Role: Plant Manager Location: Jhagadia,Gujrat
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Chemical Factory or equivalent.
Job Description:
- Manage overall production and operate the complete production line.
- Lead the Electrolytic Cell operation.
- Lead the production team in the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of all machinery and equipment. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all plant machinery, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, and VFDs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery and equipment and ensure timely repairs to avoid downtime.
- Monitor plant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement in terms of production output and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards across all plant operations.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop strategies for optimizing production and enhancing operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Chemical Factory or equivalent.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field.
- Job Location: GIDC Industrial Estate, Jhagadia, Gujrat.
- Language: English, Hindi, Gujarati must.
- Type of Job: General Shift (As per work).
- Experience in the Chemical Industry will be preferred.
